It snowed again overnight last night. This time, I decided to get out and find the beauty in it before picking up the shovel. I’m so glad that I did.
The remains of fall’s finest sporting snow white caps.
In search of color, the crab apple tree is often my target. It was even more alluring today with the snowy blanket.
Roads being cleared before I start on the driveway, definitely a bonus!
The redtail took off from a tree across the street and flew in front of me. So beautiful against the snowy backdrop, I’m glad I had the presence of mind to make at least one capture.
Today I had help with the shoveling. The true snow warriors.
And the snow was a bit lighter than Friday’s, definitely lighter than the icy mix I dug out from the plowing yesterday. My arms ache even at rest. I’m looking forward to a week with no snow to speak of in the forecast.
