Delicious

This might well be the best tuna salad sandwich I have ever had. Made with grape seed oil vegenaise, chopped dill pickles, and layered with spinach leaves. Eaten in the warm sunshine. It was divine.

Little Bit o’ Hope

No school today. It was icy this morning but warmed up all day. By the afternoon, I was outside without coat or gloves comfortably. Caught this little piece of rainbow peeking through the clouds. Can you see it?
