Dogs, Dogs, Dogs

What better place to spend a warm spring afternoon than the dog park. We’re so lucky that our little buddy, Friskie, let’s us tag along when he heads out to play with his friends.

Friskie found a pal in Otis. He followed him around everywhere. Then he decided a little wrestling was in order. Who’d have thought a Pekingese would be able to put a half nelson on a hound dog! It was a smooth move.

There was a plethora of Huskies out today. I was definitely in heaven.

My big girl enjoyed some Husky petting, too. (We do miss our Husky girl.)

It was a beautiful day for a game of stick tug-o-war.

And just catching a few rays.

Under the table was the favorite place to take a little bit of a break.

This sweet girl named Lacy was the most laid back pup in the park. What a sweetheart.

After a couple of hours, Friskie was good and tired out, and a little wet around the mouth. I think we’ll all sleep well tonight.

  1. Time spent in the company of animals, especially pooches, is always time well spent! Love all your shots! Happy Easter!
