I Heart Science

My daughter has been asking for and taking supplies to school all week long. A meat thermometer, a box of plastic wrap and a box of tin foil, a baggie of marshmallows. “For our science project,” was her only reply.

Today, I found this field of projects on my way into the school for my date with the copy machine.

I found out later that they were building solar powered hot dog cookers. My daughter’s was a success and heated their hotdog to over 160 degrees. Some pretty creative designs.

Thanks, Andy. The project before this they made Rube Goldberg machines. She was hilarious describing that. The goal for hers was to push the button on a kiddie school bus that played the wheels on the bus song. LOL
